I'm giving this 5 stars, not because it's perfect but because I'm very satisfied with what I'm getting. I love being able to say I live across the street from the stadium. Texas Live is walking distance. And there's so many fun places to eat around here. I've been at the apartments for over a year now, and yeah the inside shows a little age. But I will say, that when I had my AC go out, they fixed it right away. Had problems with plumbing, on it next day there's a knock on my door. All things considered, what I'm paying for vs the environment and the value, I definitely am happy here.

Excellent service, the apartment was delivered to me impeccably, the place is very quiet and I love being close to the stadiums, I can enjoy the events just around the corner
