Great use of space with 2 master suites on each side, both with pool/courtyard views and lots of closet space. This unit has approximately 1005 square feet of living space. Living room is spacious with vaulted ceilings, neutral carpet and a large storage closet with shelves. It has a slider leading out to the patio overlooking pool and courtyard. Off the living room is a nice dining area also with the pool and courtyard view. Dining area leads to well equipped kitchen with maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric flat-surface range and a stainless steel double sink. Hallway has a large serving area off the kitchen with maple cabinets plus an additional closet with mirrored doors. Both bedrooms have neutral carpet and large closets with mirrored doors. Bathrooms 1 and 2 have a separate vanity area with sink and solid surface over spacious cabinets. Each bath has a separate space for the toilet and shower over tub with linoleum floors. Neat and bright laundry room is conveniently located next door to the unit. Water, garbage and HOA dues included. Parking includes one assigned carport and an additional parking permit. Amenities of the community include a clubhouse with kitchen and large TV room, a large billiard room, well equipped gym overlooking pool and hot tub, changing rooms with showers, bathrooms and sauna! No Smoking. No Pets. Rental requirements: Tenant(s) must have a minimum credit score of 650 with less than 3 delinquent accounts.
