Parking also in back, garage space not available to tenant. Rent $1995/month, security deposit $1995, $40 application fee for credit/criminal check. Included with the monthly rent is wifi, a $100 power allowance and $50 water allowance. Any overage to be reimbursed by tenant. Also, tenant will pay to top off fuel tank at departure for rentals November-March.
