Constructed in 1890 and designed by Oliver Traphagen in Romanesque Revival style, Chester Terrace has been a landmark in Duluth's Chester Park Neighborhood for nearly one and a half centuries. The building is home to 40 two bedroom apartments, one one-bedroom and one three-bedroom. First floor units have reserved parking spaces while those on the third floor enjoy access to a shared balcony overlooking Lake Superior. This apartment features a two level design, one bed and a 1/2 bath on the main floor, one bed and a full bath on the second floor. Great Storage Space within the apartments. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred. We make it easy!
