This is the place to stay if you are commuting to work down town, attending CSU Dominguez Hills or USC. Very close to the LAX, the 110 freeway and the 105 freeway. There is one room available to rent and all other amenities will be shared with one other tenant. Room is partially furnished with a dresser, chair and desk. There is space for storage if necessary. Preferred working professional or student. Very quiet living and great neighbors, very nice yard and neighborhood favorite, enjoying the scenery with a nice cup of lemonade. Please no over night guests or pets.
