Much of the charm remains with the woodwork (soon to be re-stained). There is a shed and driveway parking for two cars. Comes with all kitchen appliances, plus a washer and dryer. Heat pump provides energy efficient heat and AC, located in the large kitchen and the office. Small pets considered on a case by case basis. Additional fees and deposit will be required. Pets must also be adult, fixed, vaccinated and friendly. The yard is fenced, but not guaranteed to hold your dog (check for yourself). Blue Sage offers Resident Benefit Packages, 100% voluntary. They include credit reporting, ID protection, pest control and renters insurance. This home is managed by Blue Sage Property Management, Inc. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee.
