Laundry hook-ups in basement also. Front porch and back porch. Back yard and side yard. Plenty of on street parking. Within 15 minutes drive to Pittsburgh International Airport, Robinson Town Centre shopping, Downtown Pittsburgh, North Shore entertainment area, Waterfront shopping area, Pittsburgh Pirate's PNC Park, Pittsburgh Steeler's Heinz Stadium, Pittsburgh Penguin's PPG Arena, 276 and 376 Highways, and many of other of Pittsburgh amenities. Also near Public Transportation Bus Lines. Qualifcations List: 1)Must be currently working full time or have adequate provable income for rental. No self-employment. We accept W-2 income, social security, pension, and veterans benefits. 2)Must have good rental history. Good Landlord references, no eviction or Landlord/Tenant court filings in your rental history. 3)Credit check. 4)One year lease. Renewable with approval of Landlord. 5)May accept dog under 35lbs. with extra pet security deposit and extra rent each month. Sorry no cats accepted. 6)Nothing really super bad criminal.
