Recently renovated with new paint, new wood flooring in living areas and carpet in bedrooms, new fixtures throughout house and more. The kitchen has new countertops with a beautiful marble backsplash, granite sink with a pull down faucet and all new stainless steel appliances. The spacious living room has raised ceilings and a freshly tiled gas-log fireplace. The master suite has raised ceilings, quartz countertop in bathroom as well as a large marble tub and his/hers walk-in closets. The home is equipped with a full security system, wifi thermostat, video doorbell and other smart home features. Keep utility costs down thanks to a brand new highly efficient heat and air system and new water heater. Pets are welcome. Security deposit $1700. We are local owners and manage our own properties.
