Welcome to the historic Chester Terrace – Duluth’s first townhouses! Constructed in 1890 and designed by Oliver Traphagen in Romanesque Revival style, Chester Terrace has been a landmark in Duluth’s Chester Park Neighborhood for nearly one and a half centuries. These unique apartments feature updated appliances and amenities while retaining their historic character. When we say unique we mean it, almost every unit in the building has a unique floor-plan! The building is home to 40 two bedroom apartments, one one-bedroom and one three-bedroom. Pets welcome within our guidelines! Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $1300 as well as the electric utility. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred. We make it easy! From scheduling a showing, paying your rent to submitting a maintenance request and signing your lease, it’s all online.
