Nice and cozy 1 bedroom shotgun style house with updates galore. The house has newer central air and heat, newer electrical panel, off street parking, newer vinyl windows, alarm system, and back concrete patio. It has a newer kitchen, with porcelain tile floor, newer cabinets, dishwasher, newer glass top range, and newer countertop. The bathroom is also newer with porcelain tile. The house has been converted to all electric so there is NO GAS BILL! Note there are about 15 steps if you are going in from the front in case that is an issue. Rear entry has only 2 steps. Application fee is $50 per adult and security deposit will depend on credit score. No pets!!! 1 Year Lease is $900 monthly; 2 Year Lease is $850 monthly; 3 Year Lease is $800 (Depending on good credit and job history) NOTE: This is a shotgun style house, so the family room leads to the bedroom, then to the kitchen. The bedroom is not separated from the rest of the house.
