You’re just one block from Whole Foods, two blocks from Mariano’s, and right on Randolph, home to world-famous restaurants, hotels, and shopping. A great playground, park, and dog park are only a few blocks away as well. Inside the unit, you’ll find an in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, and huge walk-in closets. This original brick-and-timber loft features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, giving it a classic Chicago charm. The building includes a gym and an incredible rooftop deck with skyline views, plenty of sun, a firepit, several grills, and tables—I’ve spent so much time up there and it’s truly a highlight. $115 bundle fees include internet, water, sewer, trash, recycling, maintenance, and pest control. The unit has central A/C and heat, and the management and maintenance team are genuinely amazing. While parking is not included, there are plenty of nearby options, and I can refer you to monthly spots I’ve booked through SpotHero or Metropolis—all within a 10-minute walk. The building is pet-friendly, and the lease runs through July 2026 with an option to renew.
