Property Id: 1939671 Cute 1 bedroom, 1 bath ADU with private entrance. Close to Cal State Fullerton, multiple stores, parks, hospitals, gyms, and restaurants. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of street parking out front. Our family lives in the main house, and we do have dogs, but they are fenced in our yard. There is a laundry room outside of the unit, which tenant may use 1 weekday per week. There is also a laundromat down the street if needed. Unit can come furnished or unfurnished.
