I have a fully FURNISHED 3 bed 2.5 baths townhouse (1550 Sqr Ft total) for rent, 7-minute drive to LLUMC. Half bathroom is downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs. 2 car garage. Hardwood floor in common areas, carpets in bedrooms. There’s a fully furnished patio with BBQ grill. Master bedroom has Queen size bed, spacious walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. All other furnishing shown in the pictures are included. Bigger guest bedroom comes with a bonus den and balcony. Comes with a full size bed. Smaller guest bedroom comes with full size bed, and most other furnishing shown in the pictures. Total rent is $3050 excluding utilities. If split between 3 people, suggested rent would be $1250 for the master bedroom, $975 for the bigger bedroom with balcony and den, $875 for the smaller bedroom. All appliances and furniture were bought brand-new 3 years ago. Pretty much everything you see in the pictures (Bed, robot vacuum & mop, BBQ grill, Smart TV, Smart oven, washer and gas dryer, espresso machine etc) comes with the rent. Sept 2026 move in date. Pets ok, additional $50/month, need deposit. I’m the owner of the property. Renting out the entire house. Looking for respectful, reliable long-term renters. Background checks, references and proof of income (monthly income at least 2x rent) required.
