The back yard houses two sheds for additional storage, as well as a dog pen. Both yards are xeriscaped! There is a large 1-car garage with built-in shelving. Tenant pays all utilities and trash. This home does not have A/C. The property will allow 2 pets, cats and small dogs. Pets must be 12 months and older. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets need to be up to date on their shot records.
