The full bath on the main level is located in the hallway and features built-in storage. The basement has a fourth, non-conforming bedroom, as well as several large storage/flex areas that are unfinished. A washer and dryer come with the property, and are located in the basement in the large laundry room. The half bath is also found in the basement. The back yard houses two sheds for additional storage, as well as a dog pen. Both yards are xeriscaped! There is a large 1-car garage with built-in shelving. Tenant pays all utilities and trash. This home does not have A/C. The property will allow 2 pets, cats and small dogs. Pets must be 12 months and older. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly fee per pet added to rent. Pets need to be up to date on their shot records.
