The house has one bedroom on the main floor and the entire second floor is the other bedroom with walk-in closet. It has a really good floor plan, basement. This house has a large kitchen and spacious open living area. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet with access to the bath. The bath used to be the weakest part of this property so we turned the bath into the walk-in closet. huge bath/laundry with a new 1 piece tub/shower. A $500 pet deposit is required as well as a $25 per animal monthly surcharge. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on.
