Each cabin features its own front porch that overlooks scenic mountains. There is also a creek and walking trails, and ample parking for the community. A keyless front door entry leads into an open-concept living room and kitchen. The cabin has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, high-vaulted ceilings, and ample natural light. The kitchen features plenty of cabinet space with granite countertops, and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and microwave. There is a stackable washer and dryer tucked away beside the bathroom, which contains a granite countertop and tub/shower combination. The bedroom has the same high ceilings, a fan, and two windows allowing lots of light. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Electric is the responsibility of the tenant, with water, sewer, trash pickup, yard care, and internet included in the monthly rent. This home is pet friendly for either a cat or small dog, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply.
