I'll leave a good review based on the fact that maintenance literally showed up within 5 minutes of me putting in the online request and were done and gone 5 minutes after that. Out of anywhere I've ever lived I've never had such a simple and quick maintenance request.

Life is Skyland is tough, lots of traffic, but close to just about anything you need. This apartment complex is just as nice as the photos show. Those who leave negative reviews are either, 1. Unable to afford rent in Asheville. (Fact of life) 2. Insufferable and are never pleased with anything in their life. The power never cut off, the water works, and it is a safe place to live. They even come get your trash at your door, incredible. The folks in the office were nice and very willing to help if you are confused about anything with rent payments. The only problem I had with the place was parking is tough at night. I also worked till 10 PM daily so that was the deciding factor. If you work a regular job shouldn't be an issue. Steve in the office deserves a raise. Every time I needed something out of the rental office he was there to help. He saw me move in and then move out, what a legend.
