Both yurts and bathrooms have locking doors. Parking includes one carport space plus additional driveway space. One rainwater catchment tank provides water to the property. Washer and propane dryer, large refrigerator, propane gas stove/oven included. Tenant responsible for propane gas for water heater, oven, dryer and electric bill.
