Central heat & air, large laundry room with hookups and storage area, attached one-car garage with opener, small fenced back yard area. 1197 Longstone Ave offers one-level living with oodles of storage and over 1150 sq ft of living space. Longstone is a tree-lined, dead-end street in a quiet Chapel Hill neighborhood with no through traffic. Up to two small pets may be permitted with a $250/pet non-refundable one-time pet fee. There is no additional monthly pet rent. Rent is $1015/month plus all utilities. Net (take home) income of $3000/month is required. Alternatives are available for less than perfect credit scores! At least 1 year employment history at current or previous job. Non-smokers only. Private showings will only be scheduled with a completed FREE application @ renteshco. com including a copy of driver's license and recent pay stubs showing both gross and net pay (or other documentation as required to allow us to verify income and employment history). We'll also consider grad students and recent grads with good GPA and school references and documentation of job offer or school finances sufficient to meet our income requirements.
