The home is cooled by a split-type AC and heating system. Water/Sewer/Stormwater/Trash/Gas/Electric are included in the total rent. This home is just minutes from Mills Mall and Denver West shopping, restaurants and parks. The location allow easy access to I-70 to get to the mountains or downtown Denver. Just a couple miles from Crown Hill Park and a few miles from Green Mountain Park.
