The primary and 1 secondary BR and bathroom are located downstairs, the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. The open floor plan flows nicely from the living room, dining room right into the kitchen seating area and island. Covered parking is provided and an open patio and maintained front lawn enhance outdoor living. Community amenities include a pool, tennis court, playground and HOA-managed utilities (water/sewer/trash included). NO GAS. Tenants pay Electricity. Tenants must maintain lawn/landscaping on Patio. HOA will maintain the front lawn, landscaping & common areas. An application must be completed online before scheduling a showing. After viewing the home, if you would like to move forward with application processing, there is a $60.00 application fee per adult (18+) who will be living in the home. Tenants are responsible for transferring all utilities effective the day of move-in.
