Genuinely a great, well-kept apartment complex in an even better part of town. We've been here nearly 2 years and have had nothing but good interactions and help from management and maintenance for any issues that may arise. Some of the nicest and up-to-date apartments in Shreveport and Bossier. The one minute drive to Youree is a big plus too.

Being new to Louisiana, I wasn't sure what to expect, but The Boulders on Fern is honestly my favorite apartment community after years of renting in 4 different metro areas. The price may be a little on the higher end of the scale for the area, but it is well worth it for a quality, well maintained, and safe apartment community. I honestly have zero complaints since moving in and that is so rare. 10/10 would recommend.
