Available in April - Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to the library, downtown shops and restaurants, farmer's market, and fairgrounds. A fantastic location with many things close by! There are nice hardwood floors in the living room and both bedrooms along with newer flooring in the kitchen/eating area, hallway, and bathroom. There is NO carpeting in the unit. This unit has a large picture window in the living room and windows throughout that provides plenty of natural light. Included in the rent is the use of a shared detached 2-car garage. Each unit gets 1 garage space- and there is a wall inside the garage, so you have your own space. The garage doors are newer, and there is a remote opener for each unit. There is also off-street parking available in the driveway that is shared with the other unit. There is a shared basement with laundry hookups available. The upper unit has a separate entrance outside to access the shared basement. All utilities, cable, internet, etc. are paid by the tenants. The yard, driveway, and sidewalks are shared by both units and are to be maintained by both tenants. No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping allowed. Prior to any showings being scheduled, a rental application and tenant screening are required from each person that will be living in the unit that is 18 years or older.
