Hi there. See attached link with over 300 photos. I am converting my vacation rental home into a rental home. I will entertain a 3 month lease but I prefer at least 6 months or longer. The home is a one of a kind 1948 Huge Spanish Hacienda with a pool and a 2 car garage. It has central heat and central air. 4 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms. A huge sunroom with 14 foot ceilings overooking the pool, An outdoor BBQ and sink with counter space for food prep. There is an outdoor minifridge as well. There is a huge family room with a large Roku T.V. The house is furnished to the maximum with anything one might need. I have received consistent 5 star reviews on the vacation rental sites. It is just a little bit too much for me to manage as I get older so a simple rental would be better. If you are relocating or need corporate housing or just need a large unqiue and gorgeous home to rent, my home is the place for you. I will attach the link to the VRBO listing here as it contains over 300 photos. I pay the gardener and the pool man. We have 25 Solar Panels and 2 Tesla back up batteries so that really helps with the summertime electric bill. Tenant pays all utilities including Sunrun, PG&E, Electricity & Gas.
