Property Id: 1280893 Super comfortable, chill, relaxed space. Everyone in the house works full time and uses the house for a safe, happy and easy place to rest at the end of the day. I pay for a house cleaner to come once a month and there is a garden which is available for use. I have a 13 year old yellow lab who is the most loving, happy dog you'll meet. Open to having a kind and chill cat join the clan as long as they get along with my sweet old lab. The room you would rent is a larger private room, private bath and walk in closet. Street or garage parking. Plenty or storage in the garage as well, if you have more belongings than what can fit in your room. About you: Clean, organized, happy, friendly, prioritizes health, enjoys being outside, has a full time job outside the home, preferably in your 20's/30's. The house is only 15-20 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to red rocks, less than an hour to epic ski resorts and hiking, 30-40 minutes to the airport! Beautiful park 3 blocks away!
