The views are breath taking. Large driveway to park your vehicle. 10-15 neighbors on the street are mostly 50+, VERY quiet street. Fresh air and country living! The house sits on 1.33 acres. The house is 15-20 minutes from Frederick areas, including RT 15/270. There's a high's gas station grocery store(Trouts) 1.5 miles down the street. Less than 10 mins to Safeway/Walkersville area. 13 minutes away from Wormans Mill shopping area which has everything (Walmart, Wegmans, Giant, Starbucks, Chipotle, Lowes, Ross, so much more.) 15-20 minutes away from RT 75/Highway 70. 1 hour from Baltimore, 1 hour from DC, 30 minutes to Germantown, 45 minutes to Rockville (No traffic). -Nice sized room including closet, fresh paint clean carpet.(no "bad" smells).
