Key Details: Best suited for one quiet adult seeking rural foothills living with quick access to in town amenities. Due to the shared well/septic system and ongoing drought conditions there is limited water capacity with active water conservation measures- this suite works best for a tenant who is mindful of water usage. Monthly Rent: $1,550 (utilities NOT included). Tenant is responsible for their share of propane and internet (fixed rate portion), and electricity (variable based on usage).
