About 1172 Veronica Court
We are renting a 4 bedroom house in East Palo Alto looking to replace one of us moving away. We are 3 30 something professionals looking for someone to fit our chill vibe and become part of the family. House is fully furnished. Room can come furnished if you wish. Shared bath but Kirill is respectful and pretty quick. Washer and Dryer in house. Landlord is friendly and quick to respond. Close to Target and Ikea. Walking distance to the Bay. There is a house cat, Clementine who lives outside. We have a driveway and street parking is always available. We split utilities, internet, and TV (not included in rent) $925/month plus $800 deposit I'm stupidly moving away and can attest these people are fantastic. Our interests include camping, skiing, gaming, festivals, cooking, park days, gardening, ladderball, farmer's markets, all the fun things. Elliot is the fried chicken king and will show you all the good podcasts. He will happily get into deep conversations with you and is very easy to talk to. He'll be happy to pour you a shot or 2 if the moment calls for it. Jenice is the green thumb of the house. She is my spiritual guru of sorts and gives the best advice. She kicks butt in volleyball and knows all the best hikes around. Kirill is a New York transplant and loves being social. You'll find him boarding in Tahoe most winter weekends, or playing a dj set for friends. He has the best/worst dad jokes. We are very respectful of each other and communicate issues if they arise. NO DRAMA. As a side note, we take Covid seriously. We are looking for someone who does the same. If you like what you've read so far, please write us an email telling a little about yourself.
