This town home is available for in person tours. We are looking for an 18-24 month lease to start. Walking in from the garage you will find a large family room, with storage in the utility room and under the stairs. The second floors has a very large living space that is open to the kitchen and has a balcony. Quarter bath also located on this level. Upstairs you will find a spacious primary with upgraded bath and closet. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are roughly equal in size and share a full bath in the hallway. Laundry is located in the hallway. As a tenant you are responsible for Gas, Electric, Water/Sewer. Trash and Association fee are paid by the owner. Lawn and Snow are covered by the owner. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
