Two bedroom, one bath with opening living space. Exterior space includes a decorative pond, outdoor firepit, outdoor gas grill and Green Egg, as well as outdoor games. Appliances are included (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, and stacked W/D combo). The home is fully furnished (King bed, twin over full bunkbed, and Queen Murphy bed in sunroom). Tenant would be responsible for utilities.
