Beautiful, charming historic-like home in the heart of Rose Hill. Home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 15' ceilings in parts of the home, and nice sized lot. Home has a living/dining room combo and an additional living/sitting room off of the primary suite. Perfect front porch for rocking chairs, there is also a back porch and back building for storage (lawn mower, etc.). Application is $75/per applicant (anyone over 18 will need to apply) Checks credit (score of 600 or higher preferred, good rental history can offset low credit score), income must be 2.5 times the rent amount (combined with partner or roommate), background (any felonies less than 7 years old may be denied, any prior evictions or judgements for money owed may also be denied), and rental history. Security Deposit: $1500 Rent: $1500 No pets.
