The bedrooms are a good size, but would not fit a king sized bed or multiple pieces of over sized furniture. The bathroom in the master has a vanity, toilet, and stand up shower. The bathroom in the hall has a vanity, toilet and a bath/shower. There is inside laundry that includes a washer and dryer, a huge covered, screen porch and a detached, oversized garage / workshop. There is also covered parking in the front of the home. Home is approximately 1900 heated square feet and was built in the 1960s. The home is older and has not been rehabbed, but everything is clean and in good condition. The floors are terrazzo which is a hard surface - no carpet in the house. The refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and central air conditioning are all included. Home is located on a quiet street with very little car traffic. The back yard is fenced. There is a small studio apartment on the back, left side of the property that is occupied by a single, quiet, five year tenant. The house and the studio are separate units, like a duplex, and each have separate backyards with privacy fence.
