Property Id: 1614770 We have one apartment unit available in a newer duplex that is less than 3 years old. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath and the maximum occupancy is four (4) persons. The unit has a front deck sitting area as well as a private back patio sitting area with a back yard area as well. This property has a new concrete driveway and parking area. The unit includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven/stovetop, refrigerator, as well as the laundry hookup for a washer and dryer (not included). The rent for the unit is $1200 per month and that includes garbage pickup, sewage, and water utilities. There is a nonrefundable $50 per month pet fee per each small cat/dog with a max of 2 pets in the unit. The size limit for any small cat and or dog is no more than 20 pounds. The Property Manager requires successful completion of the application process, which includes a background and credit check, receipt of the signed lease, receipt of the security deposit of $2000, and the appropriate move-in prorated rent up front prior to the Tenant move in and occupancy of the unit. The earliest possible date of availability for moving into this apartment unit is September 1, 2026. This is a newer apartment unit located in a very desirable, peaceful, and quiet community of Smith County, TN.
