There is also still a tenant living in the home. Fair warning. Incredible view from atop a bluff overlooking a serene valley. If you like country living and seclusion, this is your place! 3BR, 1BTH older farm home with some updates. Some new flooring, paint and fixtures. New 2019 high efficiency furnace and water heater. Set on several acres. Wildlife in abundance. You could even hunt this ground as long as you have a hunting license and are safe with where you shoot. You could probably keep a horse or two, but would have to provide their water source and would be responsible for putting up or maintaining any fencing. This would be only temporary/partial access to the additional acreage. The owner may at some point lease this extra acreage out to another party. It could be available to lease to you for cattle, etc. for an additional rate. The owner will also access this acreage regularly to maintain/oversee it. You are only actually leasing the home and land immediately surrounding those areas. 2 car gar is in a partial state of completion. It may or may not be completed. To apply for this property or to schedule a showing you will need to make above at least 3 times the rent amount above your other expenses. Note: This is a 100+ year old farm house and that's what it's going to continue to be. It is nice, but it's not perfect. The windows are probably a little drafty and you may see the occasional field mouse or black snake. If you can't handle that, this is not the place for you.
