Used to be very nice. Since the change in management it's been a joke Edit: the management had since been changed and the new ones do a very good job! Dont expect your deposit back in full however as theyll milk the cleaning hours

Seems like a nice place but I can't get anyone to call me back. My fiance and I have called and left several messages and can't get a call back...now their voicemail is full. Submitted a contact request on their website so we will see....

This place is absolutely terrible to live in!! I’ve lived here for over a year and a half now. After reminding management about issues in my apartment multiple times, some things were fixed for the time being and other things were over looked. The things that were fixed were only temporary and broke just a couple days after. I still have a list of broken things in my apartment, with promises that they will be fixed, but nothing has been fixed. Three days ago the landlord said she would come by that evening with a few things to fix my apartment but never showed without even calling/ sending a text explaining why. I was over charged on rent when I renewed my lease in April. I immediately messaged management about this. She acted shocked but did nothing about it and I was never refunded my money or given a reason why. I was not late, and have never been late, on my rent so the over change should not have happened. There was also a homeless man sneaking into the apartment at night and broke into my storage unit inside the building at one point. Neighbors are also putting the rug in front of the doors to keep it from locking. So far nothing has been done about this as I can tell. I still see rugs in front of the doors everyday. The washing machines are leaving stains on my clothes and keep breaking down. I asked management to clean the machines but nothing happened so now I have to go somewhere to get laundry done. The parking lot on the side of the building for residents is literally crumbling causing a huge pothole that would seriously damage your car if you pull all the way into the 3 parking spots its affecting. My apartment has flooded twice now. Once was with the old management. I was on vacation and she cleaned it up and aired my apartment out for me. The second time was with new management. They came and helped clean it up and said over the summer they will be fixing this issue but I haven’t heard or seen anything. The guest parking is extremely limited since theres only about 10-12 guest spots and some residents park there since they only give out one or two parking spots per apartment. But apparently you can still park outside of guest parking if you get a pass, something they don't tell you until AFTER your car is towed. The landlord said she would send out a memo with this information but never did. Visitors parking also sometimes has spots taken up by people who actually have parking stickers and can park everywhere making it even more limited. It’s extremely frustrating living somewhere with so many issues and nothing being done about them expect a million I'm sorrys but yet rent is still being raised. I’m hoping with writing this review people will know what to expect when moving here and also hoping management will step it up and stop making false promises.
