One of Folly's Best, Easy E. is a laid-back large beach house with an amazing outdoor area the whole family can enjoy. Featuring a pool hot tub, a large fenced-in backyard, and accommodations for up to 10 guests, this home is the ideal Folly Beach retreat. On the interior, you will find four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious open living room, kitchen, and dining room. The kitchen has all the items you need to make this house feel like home during your stay. In the first bedroom full of natural light you will find an XL full-sized bed. In the next room, you will find two twin beds and a full-sized pull-out bed, that attaches to a shower tub combo bathroom that is shared with room one. Bedroom three is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and an XL full. The final bedroom is special in the fact that it is like your own personal suite, featuring a sitting area, bathroom, screen porch, extra kitchen, access to the back deck, and an XL full bed. The side screen porch and large back deck give you plenty of options and spaces to enjoy this slice of paradise. Including a sitting area off the front screen porch with the yard wrapping around to access the back yard where you will find the outdoor shower, charcoal grill, pool and hot tub.
