Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 640, verifiable income, and good rental references from previous landlords. All adults (18+) must apply. Rent: $2,200 per month with a one year lease. Security Deposit is $2,200 with a cashier's check, payable upon application approval. Please drive by the house before requesting an appointment to view the house.
