Laundry room is onsite but washer and dryer are not included. Onsite parking for 1 vehicle, grassy fenced yard. Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 640, verifiable income, and good rental references from previous landlords. All adults (18+) must apply. Rent: $2,200 per month with a one year lease. Security Deposit is $2,200 with a cashier's check, payable upon application approval. Please drive by the house before requesting an appointment to view the house. If you are still interested after driving by, an appointment will be made to show you the house in person. This is a courtesy listing for the landlord who lives out of area.
