RENT IS 1710 including utilities. 1 year rentals minimum available November 1st Heated floors available in the winter upon request. The apartment is renovated and clean in a residential neighbourhood free of pests. It is a safe neighbourhood of family homes with little to no noise and friendly neighbours. The apartment is quiet but tucked conveniently between Dundas and Queen (where you can easily catch public transit), close to the bustling Ossington, many cute cafes, restaurants, breweries, ice cream shops and Trinity Bellwood Park. Dufferin Grove Park and Dufferin Mall are ten minutes away. Great areas to run or bike or swim nearby: lakeshore walkway/path, the boardwalk by sunnyside beach, Exhibition place, Ontario place and High Park all within 20-30 min of walking. There are small local/organic grocery stores on Ossington, Portugese butchers and bakeries, and the LCBO on Dundas, and a Freshco on our street with a Metro across from it. The apartment has a unique city living shape with 9 ft high ceilings (lower at the entrance) and quiet a bit of space while still being cozy. It has lots of storage space and closet space with an additional step ledge for cushions that can be used as a couch/spacious seating area. It is very cool in the summer and very warm in the winter with central heating. We provided an extra heat element that is environmental and sleek in case you prefer it to be warmer. It is more than enough to warm the whole space. The floors can also be heated if requested. The shower is large with a rainforest shower head and glass sliding doors. The kitchen (can be enclosed to separate smells from living area) is equipped with two induction fire safe cooktops, a toaster oven, a fridge and freezer. The whole place is well lit with LED warm lighting pot lights and motion sensor lights in the kitchen and washroom. The apartment is very centrally located and well kept.
