I've been a resident at Goshen Terrace for 36 years before it was brought by Berger& Berger it's a safe community. Maintenance team is great and professional. The grounds are professionally groomed there's three complaints I have is snow removal they should have a snow removal contractors it's to much for the Maintenance team. The other a light at the entrance to the community it is very difficult getting in and out at rush hour drivers block the intersection this is a West Goshen Township problem not the complex hopefully a light will be put in place. Children riding bikes and scooter in the road and not attended by their parents.

Goshen Terrace is a great place to live. Clean, beautifully landscaped grounds, fitness center/gym, pool, baby pool, tennis courts, dog park , and friendly , crime free neighborhood. Always enough parking as well. Leasing employees are helpful & friendly. Maintenance is outstanding, friendly and quick. The neighborhood is full of working , white collar people. I had never seen a "party" or anyone that acted "shady" there, and All my neighbors were great! Apartments looked nice & fresh since the renovation. My electric actually went down after they installed new windows!! We loved our air conditioning in summer, we ran it constantly at 68 degrees, day and night , our highest bill even during heat wave was $100. In winter, when using heat, our electric ran around $60, keeping thermostat at 72 degrees. That's with 2 adults & 2 kids. I highly recommend living at Goshen Terrace Apartments. If not for moving due to my job, we would still be living there! We lived there for just over 4 years. West chester diner & Primos are right there at entrance. Vet, bank, Wawa, Sunoco, Panera, Shoprite, Great clips , starbucks , dunkin and Applebees within walking distance. Septa bus stop at entrance. And it is West chester school district = prime location & award winning schools.
