I have a two bedroom ground-floor condo in a beautiful community in Broomfield. Available for rent is a master bedroom suite with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, plus an additional closet. Hardwood floors. Bedroom has small ground-floor balcony. The rest of the condo spaces are shared: living room, dining room, kitchen. Washer/drier in unit. Utility costs shared. Applicants must like cats. My cats are very nice, but no additional pets at this time. There is easy access to Hwy 287 and 36, plus it is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and much more. My name is Joy and I am in the second bedroom down the hall. There is a common hallway bathroom which I use. I am a middle-aged female, and prefer a female housemate closer to my age. I am looking to maintain a peaceful and quiet atmosphere with no drama (except from the cats, lol). No smoking or vaping (edibles are fine). I work 4 ten hour shifts; therefore I am up early in the morning and ask for quiet after 8/9 pm as I turn in early. Serious interested parties only need apply, and to have a rental history available. I look forward to hearing from you!
