It is conveniently located for commuters, being close to Highway 18. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are generously sized, while one is of standard size. The upstairs area includes a kitchen, family room, dining nook, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. The downstairs comprises two bedrooms, one full bath, a laundry room, and a storage area. There are two decks: a small one upstairs and a large one downstairs, perfect for children or grandchildren. Additionally, a charming treehouse is attached to the deck, complete with a rope ladder leading from the fenced backyard, ideal for kids or dogs. The neighborhood is quiet with low traffic and friendly neighbors surrounding the property. Utilities are manageable if conserved, averaging $125 for water/sewer, $50 for gas, and $50 for electricity. This is a family-friendly home with children in the vicinity.
