First and last month's rent, as well as a $6,000 security deposit, are required prior to moving in. Available March 7th, 2024 for a 6-12+ lease. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, phone (optional), cable TV, and bi-weekly housekeeping services. Owner pays for internet. The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the parking area, walking surfaces, and patio/deck as well as maintaining the water softener salt and replacing water filters and water softener filters as needed. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. The resident is required to change the address on their Utah Driver's License or State ID to the Property address to satisfy Wasatch County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe. NEIGHBORHOOD: Hideout borders the northeastern shores of the Jordanelle Reservoir and nearly every home was built with the breathtaking views of Deer Valley Resort and the Wasatch Mountains in mind. It is just 12 minutes from Park City Main Street, 12 minutes from the Jordanelle Express Gondola to Deer Valley, and 40 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are non-refundable. Applicants are judged on the same standards on a first-come/first-serve basis, one person or group at a time.
