The duplex has nearly 1,400 square feet of living space and it is located on the lower level of the home. When you walk into the front, you will be in the living room. It is a huge room that features stunning hardwood floors, a lovely decorative fireplace, lots of space and also a bunch of windows for natural light. The living room runs into the dining room where you will find the same beautiful floors along with some built-in cabinetry. Beyond the dining room is the kitchen and a spacious sunroom. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and has tons of cabinets, matching appliances and modern colors. The sunroom can be used year-round as an office, den, playroom or whatever you would like. There are two bedrooms that are nice-sized and the bathroom is located between the bedrooms so the bedrooms do not share a wall. Within a short distance of this duplex, you will find a lot of parks, recreation centers, school options, shopping destinations and restaurants. It is also conveniently located by Highway 35E. Pets will be considered. For dogs, there are breed and weight restrictions. An additional pet deposit is also required. This deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage from the pet. You will have your own laundry room which also has an extra fridge and additional storage space. The spacious back yard is shared with the upper-level tenant and is completely fenced in. You will be responsible for electricity, heat, trash and snow removal.
