There are two bedrooms that are nice-sized and the bathroom is located between the bedrooms so the bedrooms do not share a wall. Within a short distance of this duplex, you will find a lot of parks, recreation centers, school options, shopping destinations and restaurants. It is also conveniently located by Highway 35E. Pets will be considered. For dogs, there are breed and weight restrictions. An additional pet deposit is also required. This deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage from the pet.
