Come enjoy this 1 bdrm (additional living space can be used as 2nd room), 1 bath unit with new floors. ACCESS AND PARK IN BACK. Located between short walks to Lakeview beach and downtown and Black River Landing. Come home and relax on the covered porch with views of the lake! Additional amenities include offstreet parking (in rear of building, off alley) and washer and dryer hook ups. Gas and electric must be in tenant's name before move-in with account numbers provided, a utility fee of $75/ month is added as additional rent for water/sewer/trash. Cats and small dogs considered (no aggressive breeds) with additional one-time fee of $250 and monthly pet rent of $25/pet. Application fee of $50 to cover background and credit checks, all adults must apply. Renters insurance required. Reservation fee is one month's rent and due at signing along with the first month's rent.
