Wonderful 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with garage & small fenced in backyard, this unit has radiant heat throughout the entire apartment including the attached one car garage. Desired move in date of June 1st 2026. Looking for a tenant to sign a 12 month lease. Tenant will be responsible for: heat (propane), electric, and trash removal. Landlord will be responsible for: cold water, sewer, common area snow removal, and yard maintenance. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and tenants will need to consent to a background, employment, and credit check.
