Apartment home features a private salt water pool and outdoor shower. Quiet and safe cul-de-sac road with great neighbors. Enjoy walking to all of the best restaurants, stores and shop in Duck Village. This is a newer beach house that was custom built in 2013. We are looking for clean and respectful renters that will treat this property like their own. All utilities (electric, gas, water) and salt pool maintenance are included in the monthly rent amout. Property is around 1100 square feet. Apartment offered furnished or unfurnished. Small pets allowed with a $500 pet deposit.
