Enjoy your overlook nook with a warm cup of coffee or nice glass of wine from one of the wineries within a 10-15 minute drive. Our building is at the end which means THE BEST LONG RANGE VIEWS!! We have everything you need for your home away from home! We want you to have a relaxing, spa like experience when you wake up in the clouds of this beautiful space! If you love to cook, we have a full size range and refrigerator for your culinary needs. If you love to relax, the bed is made of memory foam with a weighted blanket and the couch is oh so comfy with welcoming blankets to swallow you in. If you love to sit and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a glass of wine, the patio is so inviting and the sunset is breathtaking! You can also view the slopes which makes for fun entertainment if you're taking it easy for the day! Although they banned wood burning fireplaces at our resort, don't fret my friend, we have heat emitting electric logs, but wait there's more we even have a sound remote in case you really want to feel like you're relaxing by a fire, just click a button and you'll have all of the snap, crackle, pop sounds that will make for a nice giggle! Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure, cultural enrichment, or simply a relaxing getaway in the mountains, Sugar Mountain and its surrounding area has something for everyone. Family-friendly: Sugar Mountain is a family-friendly destination with activities and amenities that cater to all ages, from the littlest skiers to the more experienced ones. Beautiful scenery: The country club is situated in a picturesque setting with stunning views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains, making it a popular spot for nature lovers. Fun and festive vibe: During peak seasons, Sugar Mountain and the surrounding area has a lively and festive atmosphere, with music, events, and entertainment for visitors to enjoy. Summer activities: In the summer, the area offers a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, and golfing, as well as scenic chairlift rides to take in the stunning mountain views. Rental available May 1-September 30th. Owner pays for cable, water, sewer, and trash. The owner also pays first $20 of Electric and renter will be responsible for paying owner the balance of the usage each month. Last months rent due at signing. Renter responsible for paying the $200 cleaning fee at move-out. Credit Score of at least 670 and 3x's the monthly rent in income.
