Lapaz Garden Court is a 14-unit, one-story apartment community built in 2010, open to residents at least 62 years of age who meet income requirements. Amenities: Gas, heat, electric, water, sewage, and trash are all conveniently included in rent. Laundry facilities are located inside the building. We have a spacious community room on the property, along with four patios to sit out on. Residents enjoy various activities such as potlucks, monthly gatherings for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and an occasional "coffee time." In the summer, many residents participate in "Flower Day" where they assist in planting flowers around the building and enjoy a catered lunch. In December, Bradley Company hosts a Resident Christmas Dinner for all residents. Bedrooms & Floor Plans: 14 thoughtfully-designed one-bedroom units all on ground level. Location: Located on Cale Street, 15 miles south of South Bend and approximately 10 miles north of Plymouth. 1st Source Bank, a post office, Dollar General, Arby's, McDonalds and Burger King are all located within ½ mile of the apartments. Rental Requirements: We ask that applicants complete a rental application packet. The packet includes an application, credit check, police check, sex offender check and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Our residents must meet income guidelines and rental criteria. Rental Rates: Rents are generally based on 30% of a resident's adjusted income.
