The professionally maintained property shares a large spacious yard and private beach/dock. Home was also recently freshly painted. Convenient location too! Near Millstone, Electric Boat, Pfizer, Coast Guard Academy, US Naval Subase New London, L&M Hospital, Connecticut College and Mitchell College. Short-term lease until 5/31/25. Two month security deposit of $3600 and first month's rent of $1800 prepaid prior to move-in. Minimum gross income $5400/month and credit score of 600 or higher. No smoking or pets. Credit and background check and employment history required. Water, sewer, trash removal and lawn maintenance included in rent.
