Both bedrooms and the half bathroom are located on the second floor with the full bathroom and queen sleeper sofa on the main floor. A very quiet and safe neighborhood. The professionally maintained property shares a large spacious yard and private beach/dock. Home was also recently freshly painted. Convenient location too! Near Millstone, Electric Boat, Pfizer, Coast Guard Academy, US Naval Subase New London, L&M Hospital, Connecticut College and Mitchell College. Short-term lease until 5/31/25. Two month security deposit of $3600 and first month's rent of $1800 prepaid prior to move-in. Minimum gross income $5400/month and credit score of 600 or higher. No smoking or pets. Credit and background check and employment history required. Water, sewer, trash removal and lawn maintenance included in rent. Tenant pays electricity for electric, heat & hot water and is responsible for snow removal.
