The requirements for renting are: - No prior eviction history - Income is equal to 3 times the monthly rent. - No smoking First month's rent and security deposit equal to monthly rent due when lease is signed. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. We do require a full background, credit, criminal, and eviction history. The fee to apply is $40 for EACH person over the age of 18 that will be living in the home. Level entry Ranch home ready for rent. Enter the home into the entryway with a large walk-in closet and coat closet for plenty of storage. The living room is located on the left and boasts plenty of natural light from the picture window. The dining room is open to the kitchen which includes a breakfast bar and plenty of cabinets and countertop space. The main bathroom down the hall along with the three bedrooms all with hardwood floors. The lower level has a large family room, laundry area and plenty of additional storage. The detached garage and fenced in yard are great bonus features.
